RandomTeeBox Privacy Policy

BNN INNOVATIONS, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as RandomTeeBox, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates ("RandomTeeBox," "we"), explains here how we handle personal information on www.randomteebox.com (the "Service"). We may sell account holders' personal information and share it for advertising, and you can opt out at any time (Section 5). We never collect payment card or bank information.

We collect this from you, your device, and any social platform you link. Service providers (hosting, email, analytics, mapping, security, support, and moderation) may use it only on our behalf. Backups are kept up to 90 days. We also disclose information when required by law or to protect anyone's safety, and in a merger or sale of the business.
Account identifiers and used email addresses are permanently reserved to prevent reuse, including after account deletion. We retain the unique account number, used email addresses, creation/deletion timestamps and deletion reason for this purpose, separately from your deleted golfer profile. If you register again after deletion, you must use a different email address. Contact inquiries are stored for staff to review and respond.
2. Selling and Sharing
We sell or share only account holders' data, only in the categories marked "Yes," with advertising, marketing, analytics, data, and golf industry partners bound by contract to use it only for specified purposes. We never sell or share sensitive personal information (passwords, precise location, message contents), data about visitors without accounts, or data about anyone we know is under 18. As of the Effective Date, we have not yet sold or shared personal information; the categories marked "Yes" are those we may sell or share going forward.
3. Cookies, Tracking, and Recording
Necessary cookies (login, security, your privacy choices) always run. Analytics and advertising cookies, pixels, and session tools, including third-party tools that track activity across sites, run only after you click "Accept" and stop when you withdraw consent. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as an opt-out. Messages, posts, and support chats are recorded and stored by us and our service providers and may be reviewed for safety and enforcement. By accepting our Terms and cookies, you consent to this recording, including for purposes of the California Invasion of Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code §§ 631, 632, 638.51) and the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act.
4. Security, Minors, and International Users
We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS and hashed passwords, but no system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of a breach as the law requires. Accounts are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 and will delete it if we learn of it. The Service is for U.S. users, and data is processed in the United States.
5. Your Rights and Choices (All U.S. Users)
You may access, correct, delete, or get a copy of your personal information, and opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising.
- Opt out: use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in the footer, turn on Global Privacy Control, or email hello@randomteebox.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." No account or verification is needed. We act within 15 business days and will not ask you to opt back in for 12 months.
- Other requests: email hello@randomteebox.com. We verify you through your account email, confirm receipt within 10 business days, and respond within 45 days (extendable once by 45 days). An authorized agent may act for you with your signed permission.
- Appeals: reply "Appeal" to our decision; if we deny it, you may contact your state Attorney General.
- Settings: you can limit profile visibility, turn off location, unsubscribe from emails, and delete your account at any time.
We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
6. California Residents
California residents have additional rights and disclosures under the CCPA, CIPA, CalOPPA, Shine the Light, and California's minors' privacy law, set out in our California Privacy Notice. That Notice is part of this Privacy Policy and controls for California residents if the two conflict.
7. Changes and Contact
We will post updates with a new effective date and notify account holders of material changes.
