RandomTeeBox Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

IMPORTANT: SECTION 12 REQUIRES INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WAIVES CLASS ACTIONS. SECTIONS 5, 6, 10 AND 11 LIMIT OUR LIABILITY, INCLUDING FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU MEET OTHER USERS.

1. Agreement and Company Parties

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you and BNN INNOVATIONS, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as RandomTeeBox ("RandomTeeBox," "we," "us"), for your use of www.randomteebox.com and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service or creating an account, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"Company Parties" means BNN INNOVATIONS, LLC, RandomTeeBox, and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns, and each of their members, managers, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors. Every release, disclaimer, limitation, indemnity, and arbitration right in these Terms protects all Company Parties, and each may enforce these Terms. No individual member, manager, officer, or employee has personal liability to you.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • Accounts, profiles, posting, messaging, and connecting with other golfers are for adults 18 and older only.
  • Visitors 13–17 may use only the account-free features, such as the course randomizer, with a parent's or guardian's permission. No one under 13 may use the Service.
  • You must give accurate information, keep only one account, and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We will never ask for your password.
  • Each account receives a unique numeric identifier that is never reused. Used email addresses remain reserved after account deletion. Deleting your account requires a reason; if you return, you must register with a different email address.
  • We may verify age or identity, and may suspend or end any account at any time, for any reason.

3. What RandomTeeBox Is

RandomTeeBox randomly suggests golf courses and lets users connect and share. Suggestions are not recommendations or guarantees, and course information may be wrong or outdated, so confirm with the course. We do not process payments, sell tee times, or act for any course; any booking or purchase happens on a third-party site under its own terms.

4. Zero Tolerance

You may not harass, threaten, stalk, or demean anyone; post unlawful, hateful, sexual, or violent content; sexually solicit anyone or involve minors in any sexual content; impersonate anyone or misstate your age; share anyone's private information or location without consent; scam, solicit money, gamble, or spam; arrange any illegal activity; hack, scrape, or use bots; or violate any law or course rule. We may remove content, ban accounts, and report conduct to law enforcement, without notice. We are not required to monitor the Service.

5. Your Safety, Meeting Other Golfers, and Off-Platform Conduct

  • Protect your information. Anything you post can be copied and shared. Do not post your home address, workplace, schedule, real-time location, financial or ID information, or information about children. Posting where you will play tells others where you will be.
  • We do not screen users. We perform no background checks or identity verification and make no promises about any user.
  • You meet others at your own risk. Meet in public, tell someone your plans, arrange your own transportation, and never send money. In an emergency, call 911.
  • Nothing outside the Service. THE COMPANY PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR THIRD PARTY, OR FOR ANYTHING THAT HAPPENS OUTSIDE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING AT ANY COURSE, IN ANY VEHICLE, OR ON ANY THIRD-PARTY SITE, INCLUDING INJURY, DEATH, ASSAULT, THEFT, FRAUD, OR LOSS.
  • Release. You release the Company Parties from all claims, known or unknown, arising from your interactions with other users or third parties. California residents waive Civil Code § 1542, which states: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party."

6. Assumption of Risk

Golf carries inherent risks, including being hit by balls or clubs, cart accidents, lightning, extreme heat, and uneven terrain. You assume all risk of injury, death, or property damage from golf or any activity connected to the Service.

7. Your Content

You own what you post and grant the Company Parties a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for your content and must have the rights to post it. We do not endorse user content and are protected by 47 U.S.C. § 230. Send copyright notices to our DMCA agent: Copyright Agent, BNN INNOVATIONS, LLC, 9375 E Shea Blvd, Suite 100, Scottsdale, AZ 85260, hello@randomteebox.com. We terminate repeat infringers.

8. Third-Party Sites and Social Media

We link to course, booking, map, weather, and social media sites we do not control. The Company Parties are not responsible for their content, accuracy, practices, or any transaction with them; their terms govern. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any course, golf association, or social platform unless we say so.

9. Monitoring, Cookies, and Data Sale

You consent to the Company Parties and their service providers recording, storing, and reviewing messages, posts, and your interactions with the Service to operate it, keep users safe, and enforce these Terms, including for purposes of the federal Electronic Communications Privacy Act and the California Invasion of Privacy Act (Cal. Penal Code §§ 631, 632, 638.51). Communications through the Service are not confidential from us. Non-essential cookies and advertising tools run only after you accept them. As described in our Privacy Policy, we may sell or share account holders' personal information with third parties; you may opt out at any time through "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." You agree to receive notices electronically.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, AND THE COMPANY PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM THE SERVICE, ANY USER, ANY MEETING OR ACTIVITY, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SITE, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY. THE COMPANY PARTIES' TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS COMBINED WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company Parties from all claims, losses, and costs, including attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service, your content, your interactions with others on or off the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

  • Before filing any claim, send written notice to hello@randomteebox.com and allow 60 days to resolve it informally.
  • Any dispute with any Company Party will be resolved by final, binding, individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules and the Federal Arbitration Act. Either party may instead use small claims court, or seek an injunction in court for misuse of intellectual property.
  • YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO BRING OR JOIN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If 25 or more similar claims are filed by the same counsel, they will be arbitrated in batches of 25.
  • You may opt out of arbitration by emailing hello@randomteebox.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
  • Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises.

13. General

Arizona law governs these Terms, and any court case must be brought exclusively in Maricopa County, Arizona. We may change the Service or these Terms at any time; we will notify account holders of material changes, and continued use means acceptance. Either of us may end your account at any time, and Sections 1 and 4–13 survive. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement, and we may assign them to any Company Party or successor. California users may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or (800) 952-5210.
